Krzysztof Włodkowski – the originator and one of the founders of Complexor Sp. z o.o. From childhood, he was passionate about agriculture and dreamed of establishing his own company specializing in the production of fertilizers and agricultural products.
He began his journey with fertilizers in 2013, working as a sales representative. His close relationships with farmers, attentiveness to their needs, desire for personal growth, and determination to pursue his dreams led him, in 2020, to establish his own business under the name Complexor Fertilizer Group Krzysztof Włodkowski.

Various adversities, however, did not allow him to fully achieve the dream he had cherished since childhood. Therefore, on the last day of 2024, he made an important decision – to propose a partnership to the owners of a company successfully meeting its goals: Renata Gutowska, Maria Henc, and Tomasz Rutkowski.

Krzysztof’s plans, vision, and unconventional ideas, combined with the management skills and business expertise of the owners of ToM-PaR – a company thriving in Poland and across Europe – and the knowledge, long-standing experience, and passion for agriculture of Urszula Zimnoch, PhD in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, who was invited to join the collaboration, created a perfect synergy.

The newly established company operates under the name Complexor Sp. z o.o., whose mission – as the name itself suggests – is to provide comprehensive support for farmers: from soil testing and consulting, through production, to the sale of ecological products for agriculture and horticulture.
HEALTHY CROPS, FERTILE SOIL is the company’s guiding motto, because healthy products mean health for both people and animals.
